The study explores the technique and long-term outcomes of total laparoscopic aorto-bifemoral bypass for juxtarenal aortic occlusion (JRAO). From December 2000 to January 2024, 16 patients with TASC D lesions underwent this procedure. The study was based on prospective patient data and retrospective file analysis. With a median age of 61 years, the patients had either debilitating intermittent claudication or severe critical ischemia. The laparoscopic approach was performed through a left retrorenal incision, with one conversion to open surgery. The procedure demonstrated favorable outcomes, with no hospital mortality or severe complications. Follow-up ranged from 1 to 213 months, showing long-term success in most cases, with only a few complications noted, such as pseudoaneurysms and bypass occlusion.
