The laparoscopic approach was performed through a left retrorenal incision, with one conversion to open surgery. The procedure demonstrated favorable outcomes, with no hospital mortality or severe complications. Follow-up ranged from 1 to 213 months, showing long-term success in most cases, with only a few complications noted, such as pseudoaneurysms and bypass occlusion.
