Bernardete de Lourdes Ferreira Minervino holds a Ph.D. in Fire Safety Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal (2024). She has a postgraduate degree in Portuguese-Spanish Translation from Faculdade Gama Filho (2011) and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Brasília (2008).
