Dr. Peter Williams is an independent researcher and retired Senior Lecturer in Technology Enhanced Learning at the University of Hull, UK, with expertise in digital education, e-assessment, learning analytics, and AI in higher education. He has successfully lead-supervised eight doctoral students and served as an external examiner for PhD and Master’s programmes at institutions including the University of Malta and the University of Leeds. His research examines assessment transformation, blockchain-enabled micro-credentials, and human–agentic AI systems.
