Dr. Manammel Thankappan  Ramesan is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Calicut, Kerala, India, specializing in polymer chemistry, nanocomposites, and advanced functional materials. He earned his Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, where his research focused on dichlorocarbene-modified styrene-butadiene rubber and its applications in rubber–rubber blends.
