Building upon this foundation, he pursued a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Islamic Azad University, Kazerun branch, where he deepened his expertise in power networks and electrical system design. His passion for advanced research led him to earn a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering  at Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht branch, graduating . His doctoral studies focused on optimization and innovation in power systems. Dr. Hossein Jokar has over two decades of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, particularly in heavy industries.  he has worked as Electrical Department Manager in an oil company based in Bandar Abbas, Iran, where he has been responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems for oil, gas, and petrochemical plants. His leadership in managing complex industrial power systems has given him practical expertise in operational efficiency and energy optimization. Alongside his industry role, Dr. Jokar served as a Visiting Professor at Islamic Azad University, Bandar Abbas branch  where he taught courses in electrical engineering and mentored students in advanced power system studies.
