📘 Education & Experience 

Dr. Lee began her nursing journey with a Diploma from Deh-Yu College of Nursing (1985–1990). She further earned a Bachelor of Health Science  from Victoria University of Technology, Australia 🇦🇺 (1994), followed by two master’s-level nursing studies  from Victoria University and La Trobe University (1995–1997). Her academic peak came with a Ph.D. in Psychiatry from the University of Melbourne (1998–2002) . Professionally, she worked as a psychiatric nurse  at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (1990–1993) and held teaching and leadership roles at Taipei Medical University (2002–2008). She joined National Taiwan University in 2009 and has since risen to full Professor . From 2017 to 2020, she served as Vice Director at the Department of Nursing, NTU Hospital . Her journey reflects a seamless blend of academic, clinical, and administrative excellence .
